Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours at homebyashleyculotta@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will respond within 48 business hours to assist you.

Special Handling

Certain fragile or oversized décor pieces may require additional packaging or freight delivery.
If this applies to your order, our team will contact you with a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline before processing.
