At Chic Home, we take pride in ensuring every order is carefully packaged and shipped with attention to detail so your items arrive beautifully and safely.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Most orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

  • Chic Home is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours at hello@shopthechicgirl.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will respond within 48 business hours to assist you.


Special Handling

Certain fragile or oversized décor pieces may require additional packaging or freight delivery.
If this applies to your order, our team will contact you with a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline before processing.
