Final Sale Items

  • Home Décor, Gifts, Fragrance, and Candles are FINAL SALE — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE.


Refunds

  • No cash refunds.

  • No refunds to credit cards.

  • All purchases are final unless an item arrives damaged (see below).


Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to hello@shopthechicgirl.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 business hours to assist you.


On Approval Policy (Trade Professionals Only)

Licensed interior decorators and design professionals may take select items “on approval” for client consideration.

  • A valid driver’s license and credit card must be provided and kept on file.

  • Items must be returned by the following business day in the same condition as when received.

  • If not returned within that time frame, the card on file will be charged in full.
